Sally Beauty provides excellent and helpful customer service, with staff described as super knowledgeable, friendly, and offering some of the best service ever received. Employees give clear, simple directions and helpful advice, making customers feel comfortable and appreciated, including queer and neurodivergent individuals. However, the store can appear very messy and hazardous, with items on the floor. Customers are impressed and plan to return for the outstanding staff assistance.
I had actually forgotten about this store until I needed something nearby today. I wish I'd gotten the names of the two employees because they were so helpful! Some of the best customer service I've ever had.

I felt extremely comfortable shopping here as a queer person. I appreciated the staff and their pride pins. I also appreciate the way that they speak to and assist neurodivergent people such as myself. A little kindness and helpfulness goes a long way. Upper management should be proud of their staff!

The girl that helped me in-store was super knowledgeable, super friendly, and helpful. I was so impressed. I wish I could remember her name, she gave the best customer service!
