I recently had a disappointing experience at the Sally Beauty store located in Lake Jackson, TX, Store No. 3541. What made it particularly frustrating was the store manager named Danielle and her complete lack of customer service skills.The problem started when I tried to return some products that I had purchased on 2/4/24. To my surprise Danielle firmly refused to process the return citing that clearance items sales are final. When I asked for proof from the policy to back up her claim she couldn't provide any.Danielle kept insisting that the information was mentioned on the receipt. However after examining it I couldn't find any such policy stated there. When I pressed her further she mentioned that it could be found online. Despite conducting a search, on the Sally Beauty website I couldn't find any evidence of such a policy.Feeling incredibly frustrated by the lack of transparency I requested Danielle to show me where this policy stating clearance items as final sale could be found. To my disbelief she was unable to provide any written proof. Suggested that I contact customer service instead.As she made this suggestion she emphasized that she would still not accept the return even if corporate instructed her to do so.This raises a concern; where's the oversight, from Sally Beauty? If a store manager can blatantly ignore policies and deny returns without reasons it reflects poorly on the entire organization. Danielle's refusal to provide evidence of the supposed policy show a disregard for customer satisfaction and lack of professionalism.I'm truly disappointed with my experience at Sally Beauty, in Lake Jackson, TX and I genuinely hope that Sally Beauty takes action to address these poor customer service practices and uphold the integrity of their corporate policies.

The girl that helped me in-store was super knowledgeable, super friendly, and helpful. I was so impressed. I wish I could remember her name, she gave the best customer service!

I just purchased over $200 of product at thus location and the manager could not care less that they couldn't provide a bag for my purchases. I asked for a box..and she didn't bother to even look. So I asked for the plastic bag that was just taken off one of the free gift bags that was available. She didn't even want to give me that plastic bag that had been thrown in trash! Fortunately for them, they are the only supply store on town. Fortunate for me I will drive an hour before I spend another dime in this store.

The employees are very helpful, but the store looks really messy. There was thinking all over the floor, it was hazardous .

i had a very good experience i found everything i needed with the help of one of the workers. she was very nice and helpful. i don’t remember her name but she had greenish/bluish hair she was a big help

Lousy store. They charge 15 cents for a paper bag to carry your purchase out. You would think they would give you the bag after purchasing from them, like every other store. Avoid this rip off and go to a business that values its customers.

It is clean and not crowded at all. They have plexiglass where needed, and employees wear masks. The few customers in the store were wearing a mask. Almost forgot, take your own bag. They are going green, and the don't have plastic bags. I don't mind!
