“Can't thank Christian Brothers Automotive Lake Jackson enough. I was having issues with my transmission not shifting past 1st gear in my Nissan Rogue. Came across them via Google search and read great reviews, so I decided to give them a try. Not only did they diagnose the main issue with my vehicle but they also did a free diagnostic of the rest of my vehicle which I happily said yes to. I was hoping the issue with the transmission was nothing serious, a quick simple fix, but unfortunately my transmission needed to be replaced. They provided pictures of my car with a detailed description of all the diagnostics performed giving me the option to add-on or not, with the prices they will cost as well. Once I agreed to the transmission replacement, they placed the order right away. Text updates during the week and before the weekend on the status of my car, very convenient! My car was ready in a week after dropping it off! Everyone there was very friendly, knowledgeable, & EFFICIENT; They all have a passion for what they do, I could tell right away. They will treat your car as if it were their own, making sure you are satisfied with the work that was done before you leave their shop. I was EXTREMELY SATISFIED.
