When I walked in I was greeted by Al, and he walked me through different sets telling me the differences. He was very knowledgeable and not a pushy salesman. “We had an issue with a new GE refrigerator in the freezer compartment from Lowe’s caused by the delivery and installation team the ice maker wouldn’t shut off. Callahan’s was recommended by GE and they were very responsive when I called for an appointment which was a few days away. Kept us updated the day before and Kyle arrived in our 4 hour window slot. He noticed the missing piece over the water delivery tube and ordered that and a new automatic ice maker. Really knowledgeable and pleasant young man. He said it would be a week or 10 days. It was when they called to set a time to return and that was as pleasant as the first time. I still have the other frig it cools fine but the freezer didn’t freeze any more. If I would’ve known about Callahan’s appliance repair I would’ve called them. I’m going to wait till spring and have them fix it they are definitely trustworthy.”

“Update: May 24th
They came back out and traced the leak to an installation error. They did not install the grill it was installed by an Aledo “3rd generation plumber”. Barbeque galore was able to correct this other companies mistake and my grill is now working and not leaking. Thanks to the owner for stepping in and turning this situation around. I feel bad he doesn’t have help there with the staff but he was definitely trying to resolve our issue. I appreciate you.
Update: May 13th
They came out to look at the grill. Waiting for a resolution and I will update again. The owner got involved so much better at the moment.
Terrible service. I spent over 5,000 dollars. I have a barbecue that doesn’t work and no service after the sale. The place has no interest in helping me. I’ve called several times and even drove there to get help no help. As you can see I’ve never even got to put meat on the barbecue. Leaks propane.
Anyways let’s hope I can get some help. I’m not asking for much just a working barbecue that I paid for. Also, when I went to the store the place is dead; I say that because I can respect people being busy. They are not that busy.when I call up there they answer to sell me something just not to fix what I bought that doesn’t work.”
“I broke a glass globe on an island pendant light in my apartment. The lighting group/manufacturer refused to sell me a replacement and sent me here. Teri helped me with the manufacturer and stayed in constant contact via email and I got it in the mail relatively quickly.”

I had two problems with my laptops.
Surprise #1 I didn't know that their service is free for most quick fixes. Wow.
Surprise #2 is they don't service laptop batteries. But they will give you all the information you need to purchase a new battery.
I like reserving a time slot to get my hardware serviced. Saves time.
They take some walk-ins but you may have to wait a while.”

“I loved their selection over most Best Buys, if you're looking for memory for your PS5 you've found the right place. This is one of the only places in the Metroplex that I have found any M2 drives over 2TB. In my 1 visit it was very evident that they work towards keeping everything stocked, I've never seen employees stocking the floor during business hours but they were in every section here. Super friendly employees that will help find what you need, greeted when I walked and told to have a great night on my way out. I was just looking around on my visit and they respected that by not trying to push anything on me. It's Best Buy and sadly due to some of their prices it's really not true to its name, but they have a wider inventory than most electronics stores. Check them out for your electronics needs anywhere from appliances to car stereos and you will not be disappointed.”

“I like the availability of so much under one roof, from lumber to light bulbs it’s there. Their garden center has a lot of plants and soil amendments, mulch and such. Recommend you visit the competition (L’s) if you want some really nice lighting, otherwise pretty much similar. If you can’t find what you want grab a worker or go upfront and ask them to call someone. They will come through.”
