“Our truck broke down on road trip in Lake Worth. We went to AutoZone of Lake Worth blvd and they didn't want to check our part and sent us to another location. On the way to that location we passed O'Reilleys as soon as we walked in Jose took care of us so well. He got us back on the road in less than 20 minutes. It's experiences like this that make us still believe there's still good people and good business.”
“So Jared at this store was amazing I show up in tow truck I can’t remember his name but immediately comes up and says we’re closing in an hour. Well that’s great. I need a tire basically goes about saying how we probably doesn’t think we have it in stock. So after some searching, they find it pretty expensive tire. I’m a few bucks short and stuck again I can’t remember his name says there’s nothing we can do Jared You didn’t have to by any means one of the nicest things I’ve seen in quite some time. “Although the Azle location did not want to deal with me and with the return, I drove to Lake Worth and they did an excellent job. Very disappointed in how lazy the staff at Azle was but how attentive they were in Lake Worth. TEXAS”
