“I called ahead to tell the salesperson what I wanted and they checked and said they had it in stock. They laid it on the counter for me. When I arrived I found easy parking within 30 feet of the front door. I called again and explained that I had two sleeping children in the car and could they come out and get my card and pay and bring back my items. They were happy to do so. Remarkable service and the salesperson was all smiles. Highly recommend this wonderful shop. Wish I had had time to shop around!”

The only downside is that the store can feel a bit cluttered, making it hard to browse. But if you have time, you’ll definitely find something fun! Highly recommend, just not five stars due to the layout.”

“This place is so weird in the best way possible. They had Big Bang Theory playing on a TV full blast next to the fresh fudge counter and country music on the overhead speakers jammin’. Lots of gift options for all your Texas needs. Shirts, jewelry, figurines, salsa, etc. Super nice people! Take a look around because there’s some interesting stuff!”

“Had such a great experience at BoxLunch today thanks to Brian! He introduced himself right away and even asked for all of our names, including my kids’. He was so sweet and personable with my son, who came in hoping to find a specific Stranger Things shirt. Even though they didn’t have his size, Brian went above and beyond helping us look, talked to my son with real kindness, and even complimented us, which made the visit feel extra warm.
It was close to closing time, but he never rushed us and actually encouraged us to take our time. Customer service like that is rare, and it genuinely made the trip worth it. BoxLunch is very lucky to have Brian!”

If any TCU girls are looking for a purple cowboy hat or a decorative purple hat band, this place has 'em! Customer service was great, and prices are what you'd expect for a quality boutique selling unique items in one of Fort Worth's top hotels.”
