One of the things I appreciated most about shopping at Rooms To Go was being able to see and experience the furniture in person before making a decision. It gave me confidence in my purchase. “When we bought our new home back in Sept 2022, we bought furniture at both SF and NFM.
Fast forward to Jan 2026 and I just want to share that the pieces we bought from SAGINAW FURNITURE, was not only cheaper than NFM but the quality has been far superior to that of the overpriced low quality bulk produced furniture we bought at nfm at the same time.
Ive spent the last 3 weeks just trying to get NFM to honor the 5 year protection plan, through square trade/Allstate. Claiming they would send someone out within 72 hours. After my 20th call to them this morning, I asked can I just hire a different furniture repair company? She wasnt sure but would find out. So, since I tossed Saginaw furniture 's info into this ordeal for the repairs, I decided to give them a call. I spoke to Steve.
Y'all THIS RIGHT HERE is why to do your business with family owned local shops. He was awesome and able to help get the dots connected. He even remembered the custom halltree we bought way back in 2022. We also bought a complete bedroom suite with them. We had been hunting everywhere because I wanted antique white furniture. Having dual base adjustable beds also presented a challenge in finding a headboard to make the adjustable beds look nicer. He found us a custom headboard,footboard and frame all wood and in antigue white , exactly what I wanted. Then they came and built it aroundbour beds! Their guys were fast, friendly, and cleaned up their mess. All the furniture we bought with them, still feels and looks brand new. Its all solid. Nothing loose or anything.
Ok, so why so long to do the review? Thats on me. We got busy with moving ,kids in school, and life. Dealing with needing furniture repair in the junk nfm sold us brought all this back around. After how willing Steve was this morning to help us with this issue, I felt I absolutely needed to make sure people knew how awesome this little shop is. Don't waste your time driving to Dallas. Go see Steve at Saginaw furniture! I dont work for them or know them personally, just a really happy customer and in a world where everyone likes to complain, I just wanted to compliment them.”
“This is the best furniture store in DFW. The owner, Abby, is the nicest lady in the world!!!! She’s so welcoming and she treated me and my friends so kindly. She was very hospitable. She also let us pet her dog and told us stories about her dog, who is named Helga. The dog was so soft, and I can tell she’s been feeding it well which attributes to her generous heart and pure soul. This woman felt like home, and her store was spacious and unique. It also smelled super good. Abby was so playful and nice and after we left it felt like we made a new friend. She’s also very proud of her daughter which is really sweet. This will change your life for the better.”

“My friend & I were in yesterday with my 3 small kids.
Carrie was quick to help us, very kind to my kids and carried on a conversation with my friends and I, all while doing her job.
My kids rang the service bell a few times and as I was apologizing, she reassured me that it was more than fine and no big deal. She met me with a smile and Grace. We could all offer those two things a little more often.
I also purchased ten full bolts of fabric and she was more than happy to work on my order even though it would be a lengthy counting job.
We will be back to see Carrie at presidio/north Fort Worth location!”

“Jasmine Benton was extremely helpful with my new furniture--especially since I brought in several different types of fabric and a lot of detail was required in ordering them. I had to make several phone calls to check on the amount of fabric required for each piece, etc. She was always helpful and patient. One ottoman came in with the fabric laid the wrong way but Ballard's manager immediately offered to reimburse me to replace the fabric and they ordered a new ottoman for me. I am very satisfied and my new furniture is beautiful and has really updated my home!”
