“I've been coming to Perez FRC for years. They are always friendly and I've always been happy with my purchases.**Update- I bought 3 pairs of work shorts. I tried on one pair to make sure they were the correct fit. All 3 pair had the same size on them. When I got home, one pair fit too tight. When I went back to exchange them for a pair that was labeled correctly and fit like the other 2, I was told, "No exchanges on used clothes and I should have read my receipt"... I've been a customer here since 2015....Buyer Beware!”

“I had the opportunity to visit the Ft Worth Orvis store after contacting Orvis directly regarding repair of my fly rod. All the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Both the counter employee and the fishing manager were extremely helpful and agreed that there was a defect and stated Orvis would repair the rod for free. They were going to take care of the delivery of my rod back to Orvis for repair. They also replaced the rod sock to protect my rod. The customer service was exceptional and I appreciate Orvis standing behind their product. Highly recommend the Ft. Worth store!!”

“I had such a great experience here. I thought I knew what I wanted and it would be a quick in and out. But I had been given the wrong information elsewhere (not an Oakley store). Everyone here was helpful and polite. They even said "you can't even really tell the difference between these two lenses inside, let's go outside." Even though the store is in a mall, they took me and my husband and two sets of glasses through the mall to a sunny area outside. THAT showed me the differences between the two lenses so I got exactly what I wanted.”

Last minute they helped me find a backup suit for my wedding before my flight that closely match the original. At that point they kicked it into another gear and overnighted my custom garment to my hotel for my wedding.Customer for life. “Staff here seems friendly but there have been a few staff personnel who seem irritated when asking for assistance. not enough department fitting rooms open. I personally dislike sharing a department fitting room with the opposite gender, and I see it as unsafe. Please open more department fitting rooms. Lots of wasted time and energy walking from one area of the store to the other just for one department fitting room to be opened.”
