“So Jared at this store was amazing I show up in tow truck I can’t remember his name but immediately comes up and says we’re closing in an hour. Well that’s great. I need a tire basically goes about saying how we probably doesn’t think we have it in stock. So after some searching, they find it pretty expensive tire. I’m a few bucks short and stuck again I can’t remember his name says there’s nothing we can do Jared You didn’t have to by any means one of the nicest things I’ve seen in quite some time. Thank you you got an employee.”

“The team at Service Plus is always top of the line for me. Jen the office manager there is always holding it down, she gathers as much details as possible for the mechanics. The mechanics make common sense suggestions and don’t try to guilt trip you when you tell em next time for a suggestion. The team here is willing to work with you on justified issues or errors. Great place! The price may be a bit high sometimes for repairs but I’d rather these guys than a dealership trying to wrack up repairs for extra money.”

“I come here for EVERYTHING. Best, quickest, & most reliable service! Oil changes are reasonably priced & I always get my inspections done here. They are super helpful & will do whatever they can to help you. During an inspection last year, they told me I needed a windshield wiper replaced & only charged me $6 to replace it. You can't get that anywhere else. I've seen & heard them help other customers & they are super informative & kind. An old woman came in because her air conditioner wasn't working well. They offered to take her home while the AC was being repaired & explained exactly what needed to be done in a way she understood. Service is quick & affordable, employees are nice, & I will continue to come here!”

“I'm a repeat customer of Jiffy Lube in Azle. My husband used to take care of car maintenance before he passed so I was nervous to find a local place with good customer service and I hit the jackpot! From Andrew to Jarrod and the rest of their crew, all of them treated me with respect and were very knowledgeable about their job. In particular the oil change my car needed. When I left, I felt confident they had taken very good care of my car(tire rotation) and had gone above and beyond and gave me a timeline and details along the way and told me how long the wait would be. In summary, I love my Jiffy Lube - Azle and will keep coming back!”

They had in the system what oil type I had at the other Take 5 location, they offered me water, they checked all my levels and refilled the coolant for free, they checked and showed me the air filter (it was fine). They spent some extra time checking and then showing me how to get the oil change alert built into my car computer to alert me at the correct time. Very helpful!”
