The manager I believe he said his name is jandy was very rude about my return I won't be back to this location until he no longer works there he could have easily worked with my transaction but definitely wanted to argue and have HORRIBLE customer service! If I could rate him a -0 bet I would... this locat need a new manager

Went into buy a pair of shoes to replace what i was currently wearing. The employee named Ron greeted me, informed me about current sales happening and made me feel welcomed without being pushy. I shopped and Ron cashed me out. Very pleasant experience! Thank you Ron!!

I walked in to the two employees just looking at me no type of welcome I felt uncomfortable so I just left but the lady who came in after me the greeted with smiles on their faces and yes she was of a different race sad times we live in DO BETTER

Preston and Ron were both thoughtful and effective communicators. They go above and beyond to help customers find shoes. Seriously, I am only writing this review after noticing their high level of professionalism and customer care.

I will never visit this location again the store manager made with the ponytail was very rude to me racial profiling me when I tried to return my kids shoes with multiple receipts I had paid 167 for and he told me I would be getting 45 dollars back for 2 paid of shoes talking about I used a coupon so does the coupon say the shoes was 5 dollars I doubt anything in your store is 5 dollars for any Nike shoe so why would I not get my full return if u have my receipt poor excuse for a manager and just for that reason I will never visit this racist store again way to run off good paying customers

For a discount shoe store its okay, sometimes you can find something, sometimes not. But there is always a strange smell in the atmosphere. However, the reason I typically avoid this location... the staff. We were there 10 minutes before they close just taking a quick glance. A couple walks in at 9:55 which again I get it, its right before you're closing.... The manager very loudly tells them "we are fixing to close, so if you know what you want that's fine but we don't have time for you to look around, we have families that want to see us too and we close at 10" Again, I understand you'd like to close right on the dot but the tone and rudeness that was within in that statement made me put the items I was fixing to purchase right back on the self and walk out.

Walked in, two employees on the floor, was not acknowledged. As I walked around, I hear what seemed to be management yelling about an employee to the employee and throwing boxes on the floor. As management myself was appalled by her behavior that I walked out. Again without been noticed. Not everyone should managed if you don't have the skill set.

The old hags in the front are rude and unprofessional. Screaming about shift changes right when you walk in the door. How about greet customers and show a little professionalism. Slow people in the head working here.
