*A wide variety of items available for rental for every kind of event.
* The fact that they do deliver and pickup the items in their inventory for your event. And even set it up !

“This is my favorite gas station ever. Every single person that works there is so kind and genuine. I live nearby and I enjoy some snacks or drinks every so often so I go here darn near every day. I could be 20 minutes from home and stop anywhere but I go here to get drinks or snacks because I love every interaction with every employee! They have all kinds of drinks and snacks, they have a diverse selection of smoking related products, and I’ve even bought two of my favorite hats here! Honestly anything you could want out of a convenient store but customer service is the main reason I’m posting this review. Those who work here deserve some recognition for their genuine kindness. :)”

“Rented truck through the website and went there to pick it up. Friendly staff and very efficient process. The U-haul app has you do 99% of the process on your phone. The staff providing keys made sure I was fine with everything before I left, and was there when I dropped off. Easy process as long as you don't mind take pictures with your phone...”
“I cannot say enough amazing things about Jeni. She assisted me on a day when the weather was absolutely horrible, and despite all of that, she went above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
From the moment I arrived, her hospitality, professionalism, and genuine kindness stood out. She provided incredible guidance, answered all my questions with patience, and truly made me feel welcomed and supported during what could have been a very overwhelming move-in day.

“Everything was great. The store was very busy but turned over quite fast, and the woman at the counter greeted us not long after we entered. She was very organized and managed the customer flow well. She directed customers to the appropriate areas of the store while clients at the counter were looking over paperwork. We weren't in line, but she asked if she could help, answered a few questions and even lent us a tape measure to make sure the truck was big enough. And we were on our way in less than 20 minutes, including a walk back to the store when we realized we had forgotten to get moving blankets. This is NOT a criticism, but if the clerk who handled our rental had asked if we needed anything else and made suggestions -- blankets, boxes, wrapping tape -- we could have avoided that trip back to the store.
If we need another rental for any reason, we will return.”
“Right off the highway. It is a Texaco Gas Station as well so you can grab soda pop while you are there. Lots of Trucks to choose from. In and Out was quick and easy.”
“She was so helpful when the truck was not big enough she called the non profit assisting me with the rental and we arranged a bigger one at a different location. They mainly do storage at this location and recommend them highly. Dyana was great help”
“As posted previously at least 100 ?'s...I had to have an appointment as I was having a hitch installed but of course no appt to purchase dyi hitches, bike racks, boxes...large store & well stocked with many items + they have unbelievable number of storage units & trailers & trucks to rent...I've never seen a UHaul facility this big...very impressive”

I had originally rented the truck for two days and had to call back twice more to extend the rental time. Ended up keeping it for a solid week.
