“Dropped in to Manders unscheduled for a pesky noise recently coming out of my vehicle. Despite a fully booked schedule, Bob had a mechanic ride with me to help ID the noise. Within minutes he was able to tell me I likely had a failing wheel bearing and asked if I could leave the vehicle. I could. Within an hour I got a call with the repair estimate and approved the work.
