Tonia gives excellent customer service each time we call or interact with her. She especially goes above and beyond for the seniors. Me (69yrs) mom Kartez (91yrs) she reminds us in advance of our monthly payment due date, to avoid a late fee. She does a periodic review of account to find any discounts or other ways to avoid the increasing storage fees. Tonia, you’re a jewel!? she’s an indispensable employee.”

“As posted previously at least 100 ?'s...I had to have an appointment as I was having a hitch installed but of course no appt to purchase dyi hitches, bike racks, boxes...large store & well stocked with many items + they have unbelievable number of storage units & trailers & trucks to rent...I've never seen a UHaul facility this big...very impressive”

I had originally rented the truck for two days and had to call back twice more to extend the rental time. Ended up keeping it for a solid week. The managers were very accommodating and eager to please. They gave me no issues whatsoever.I would definitely recommend this location, and if I were to ever need a rental again, this would be my go to.To the management team: Thank you for making my experience flawless.”

“It’s located in the Kwik Kar so I had to call because I couldn’t find it. I was actually looking for boxes because I thought it was an UHaul store but they only rent trucks. When I called however James was super helpful and said someone had actually dropped boxes off there and he gave them to me since they don’t sell them. Super nice and friendly!”
“This little Budget rental store just inside the Walmart Supercenter was able to get us a cargo van for our out-of-state move when no one else in Texas could. The employees were helpful and kind, even in 95 degree weather. Would happily visit here again.”
“I picked up a car dolly after one in Comanche and the gentleman there helped me with all the hook up and even get the car on the dolly and when I got back to Azle before to drop off the dolly the gentleman there helped me unhook everything.”

“Competitive prices. Easy to find coupons online. Online booking made it easy to choose a location and truck size. Pricing was transparent. At pick up I was given great customer service. The process was quick. I've used them many times and prefer them over uhaul mainly because of the budget pricing. Never had an issue, just make sure the truck is clean and gassed up when you return it. I feel people usually only have something to say when they have bad experiences so hopefully this review will improve the ratio.”
