Since we were getting there before closing, she was able to stay behind to help us out. She handled all the paperwork via text and call so that we were able to have everything done before getting there. She was also able to answer any questions and send pictures as we went. Once we got there, still did a test drive. Smoother sailing. Richard was a huge help in ensuring everything was explained properly. “Saw people filling up and pulled in. Filled my car...and there was no receipt tape. Found they weren't actually open on Sundays, which it was. Was not able to get my receipt for my business trip. Not their fault, but might try somewhere else if you're on a business trip on a Sunday and need a receipt.”

“Preparing for a trip noticed that there was too much oil from a recent oil change performed at a different location. Latroy and his team never hesitated and drained the excess oil, noticed that the coolant reservoir and windshield wiper fluid was empty and filled them up.
Great service with a smile and a terrific attitude. Very customer centric. Next time I need an oil change I know where I am taking my vehicle.”

“This review is Atypical to most. I have been taking my vehicles to these folks for a couple of years now. They are honest about what they can & can not do. Recently, I asked them to repair the steering box and all the tricks that go with it in our 1996 E-150 conversion van. I called them to see if I could pick it up earlier than planned. They called me back within an hour or so and explained how rusted some of the components were, how OEM parts were needed, and that rushing to finish was not the safest thing to do. I sensed that they were more interested in my safety then my money. Thank you Sun Auto Lakeway.”

“I had a great experience with this repair shop. The staff were professional, attentive, and very responsive. The repair was completed in a reasonable time, and I didn’t have to wait long. My initial impression of the quality is very positive.
They were very patient and flexible with my schedule, staying in touch and checking when it would be convenient for me to bring the car in. On the day of the appointment, I got stuck in traffic and called to let them know I might be late. The staff reassured me that someone would stay and wait for me if needed, which I really appreciated. Even though I arrived on time, it was comforting to know I wouldn’t have to come back another day.”
