I got a flat tire on my fat-tire e-bike about a mile and a half from home and happened to be near their South Congress location. I pushed my bike over and asked if I could pay to have the tire inflated, hoping it would hold air long enough for me to make it home. Deanna wouldn't even let me pay. She had me roll the bike into the garage and tried inflating the tire, but unfortunately the leak was too severe. When I asked if I could lock my bike outside while I got a ride home so I could come back for it, she insisted I leave it safely inside their garage instead. When I returned a short time later, she greeted me warmly and made sure I was able to get my bike loaded into my vehicle. It's rare to find people who go out of their way to help someone who isn't even a paying customer. If they treat non-customers this well, I have every reason to believe their actual customers receive outstanding service. Thank you, Deanna, for your kindness—it turned a frustrating situation into a reminder that there are still genuinely good people out there.
