From my very first message, Daniel stood out because he was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to answer every question I had. When I picked up my Tesla, it looked absolutely stunning. I had ceramic tint installed on every window, including both the front and rear windshields, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Robert was also extremely kind and took the time to answer all of my questions. He walked me through everything I needed to know and reassured me about the quality of the products they use as well as the warranty.
I was genuinely impressed with Daniel and Robert, the quality of the work they did on my Tesla, and the overall price. Their pricing was very competitive—and honestly better than many other places I contacted, especially considering the quality of the ceramic tint they installed.

“Oak Hill Automotive has taken the place of the Toyota dealer, where I had usually gone before for my servicing needs. There is a reason why everytime I go by there, it is always busy and requires planning on my part to get my car serviced/repaired. And when they check run the car, they don't drive through a local neighborhood at 30 mph, they run it out on highway 71 in rush hour at 60 mph! Now thats testing your work! All my future services and repairs will be with Oak Hill Automotive!”
“My 2014 Prius was giving up the ghost, and I was in denial. I had gone elsewhere first and gave it a new 12-voltl battery, then a new hybrid battery, thinking that would fix the problems. It didn't. then I took it to Northwest Imports, and they gave me the lowdown on what was wrong. they didn't pull punches, they didn't try to upsell me stuff I didn't need, they just told me the engine needed replacing, and it is not worth the cost. They charged me a very reasonably dianosis fee, and within 2 days I had a new car. I almost with I had gotten another foreign car so I could keep bringing it here for service.”

“Ok. So I’ve been here 3 times now. Every darn time I get INCREDIBLE service, insanely fast repairs, I’ve bought 4 used tires for a quick fix and they were great quality basically lasting me the same amount as any new tires I’ve gotten and changing those tires from point of contact to driving out of the lot took a total of 30mins. I always try to leave a tip. Those guys rock and the money I pay is a steal and a deal. Oh yeah. One other time I had a shaky wheel and they could’ve sold me on a new tire but they didn’t… instead they balanced the messy wheel and let me leave at about $20 total. So yeah. Highly recommend these guys.”
“Came into the shop for tire installation and alignment! Jared was the man made everything super smooth and transparent also a very knowledgeable dude! My car is modified and they had no issues for the alignment. All I can say is they took care of me and were honest and upfront no funny business. Will definitely return soon !”
