Multiple shops refused to work on my 2023 Tundra due to the hood being aluminum and having a panoramic roof. Another shop even proposed to use bondo. I had given up looking for shops in Austin and started looking out of town. Then I found David and he fixed what others wouldn't touch (and no bondo!)! I also got it back in a day and half. Fantastic job and well priced! Also, friendly local family business.

From my initial phone call, to the completion of the work, Melissa and her team were fantastic! I was fretting over having to make an insurance claim, and with Melissa's help, I avoided having to involve my insurance. My deductible alone would have cost me more than what I paid, not to mentions having to deal with likely higher premiums. I was able to get the damage to my car fixed in one day. I highly recommend Fix-A-Dent Lakeway!

I contacted Fix-A-Dent after my 2020 black Mustang sustained hail damage during a recent storm. I had used Fix-A-Dent 26 years ago for the same service - little did I realize that it was this very same Lakeway business that had traveled to San Angelo Texas those many years ago to repair hail damage! Back in 1997 Fix-A-Dent made my 1994 red Mustang look like new after getting caught out on the Midland highway when a storm with softball size hail hit. And, David and the crew did not disappoint me this time either. I just picked up my 2020 Mustang and it was sparkling like new. In addition to completely removing all the hail dings, they also worked their magic on a large scratch that happened from flying debris during the storm. There was no trace of any damage - they took care of everything! And the personal service is without comparison. When I called for a quote, they got on the road and drove from Lakeway to Round Rock to do the quote and pick up the Mustang that same afternoon (because there was another storm on the way and they wanted to get it inside their shop to prevent further damage)! Talk about value in the added service and personal attention - I highly recommend giving David at Fix-A-Dent a call!

We were referred to them by our son and have been extremely satisfied with everything. Melissa and David are the A-Team! Very courteous, they took the time to explain the process, very transparent with the repairs, costs and where to get the part that we needed for cheaper. They had the car repaired and ready in a very timely manner. Great experience!!! We would definitely recommend Fix-A-Dent.

David and his team is fantastic. My wife backed into a yellow concrete pylon in a parking lot in my truck so I pulled in to David’s shop. He immediately cleaned it off and then within three days had it back to me and it looked like nothing had ever happened. David does the dent removal and Melissa does the scheduling, admin, payments, working with insurance company, etc.Amazing repair work - going above and beyond, even removing SAP from the car.
