“I recently used this storage facility and had a great experience. The property was clean, secure, and easy to access. Reanna was especially helpful throughout the process—she was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Customer service like that makes a big difference.”
“These guys are the best, we’ve used them multiple times now. Honest, flexible, show up on time and are just good people. They helped our contractor with lifting an 15 foot window for install, as well as a bunch of furniture”

“Can’t really leave much of a review of avid storage as they have only taken possession of the Property about one month before I moved out.
But I can say the property manager, JO Is an asset and been an excellent manager over the four or five years that I’ve rented at that property under a different company.
Shout out and big thank you to JO,”
“Our moving crew was fantastic. They helped us unload my daughter into her apartment in Hilliard, Ohio over the weekend. Punctual, efficient, friendly, and hard-working. Very pleased with the service and have already recommended them to family and friends.”
“Great and clean storages ! I needed a storage quick and Susan took care of me quick and easy ! She always has water and snacks for me and a bowl of water for my doggie !!”
“It was a really easy process to get the unit I needed. The electronic signature fir the lease agreement was tricky but I received very kind help with it. Alex, the manager, was also super helpful with calls and texts with helpful information.”

“My family had an excellent cross-country moving experience with Square Cow Movers — their team was communicative and professional, especially Kenny and Julio who showed the utmost care with our items and overall absolutely crushed it, their estimation and delivery timing were accurate, and they provided a dedicated, direct moving service for a comparable cost to the shared-ride van-line carriers.
They were an absolute relief in the midst of a big stressful move. Thank you!”
