“The owner of Hitt Da Spott and regional manager Jason P. were so kind and helpful despite having really annoying gift certificate issues so I truly appreciate them. The truck itself was nice and new and clean. Pickup and drop off definitely would have been much easier if not for the gift certificate issues so I can’t fault them on that of course. Overall, would rent from Uhaul and this location specifically again.”

“I haven’t rented any moving trucks from here yet, but I called this morning asking about the drop off details, and other questions I had and the guy was extremely helpful, and took the time to answer a bunch of questions, for future reference DO NOT RENT from Space Self Storage in McAllen (RGV Area) it was the worst experience from start until now, they need better service, to provide safety driving moving trucks, and providing security, like I felt Annihilator Customs INC provides. I will more than likely give budget one last chance but only at this location, I felt taken care of without even renting a moving truck here yet.”

“They went above and beyond with the uhaul experience. It was an easy check in process where I was explained everything clearly and I returned it after hours and that process was smooth. I accidentally left my keys in the uhaul and they kindly had them for me when I came to look for them. I appreciate the extra care would recommend!”

They heard my issue regarding the Transmission Oil Light and since they were not able to complete all of the needed repairs to the truck that day they jumped into action on finding me a replacement truck.
