“This storage space was absolutely perfect for our needs. The space was well kept, it was secure, and the price was good. The best part of using E-Z Lakeway Storage, however, was working with the owner. He was easy to work with, kind, and communicated clearly. 10/10 experience! Will definitely use this service again.”

“What an amazing experience! !!From my very first phone conversation with Shelly yesterday, she was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, and today, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. Shelly personally walked me to my storage unit, made sure my security code worked, showed me how to access my unit, and even checked that I could lock and unlock it without any issues. She patiently explained every detail, from parking to unloading, making the entire process so easy and stress-free! I also want to recognize Mary, who was extremely kind and helpful! She helped me to find the unit I needed ! Shelly and Mary , I truly appreciate you! ❤ Your genuine kindness, patience, and exceptional customer service made all the difference. You turned what could have been a stressful experience into such a pleasant one! Thank you both for making me feel so welcome and well taken care of. You are wonderful! 🌟”

“My garage door broke and was unusable, and Melody got the right people out to the job and fixed the problem so that my stored stuff was safe. I was also contacted by another member of the Stow Away Storage management team to insure all was being taken care of. For a while, the management was lacking here, but now they seem to be spot on, and I thank them very much for taking care of the facility better and responses to any issues we might have. I also rented another unit, and they make it extremely easy, online signatures, a great way to do business. Thanks Stow Away, and especially Melody, thank you for taking good care of me as a customer..”
