“I have had a unit here for several years. Recently, the staff has been very attentive. Adriana was especially helpful during my recent visit. I don't live in Austin so sometimes I have to make a call over there. Everyone who has answered my calls have addressed my needs. They are very helpful.
They also monitor and check the property. The property has remained clean.”
“Fantastic service! Gerald, Shanon, and Briana were courteous and helpful during my time using the storage unit. The facility was clean, well maintained, and security is strong - everything requires an access code and you can tell the staff actively monitor who is coming in and out. Would definitely use this place again.”
“Our second “over-summering” at this Extra Space on Burnet. The manager is exceptionally on top of her facility and even remembered us from a year ago. The storage is clean and we feel safe moving items after core office hours. I hope we won’t have need again next summer, but if we do we’ll be back.”

Great people and great service.”
“I have been a customer for over a year. I am very satisfied with the facility and service. We had a minor issue with our rental and found the staff to be responsive, professional and the issue was addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. Plenty of carts make it easy to move items in and out, multiple elevators consistently available, which is nice as my unit is not full he first floor.”

The first time I had to deal with Reanna I had an issue with CubeSmart itself where the corporate office twice raised my rent with no warning and no reason against my agreement. The first time I dealt with her, she fixed that situation for me the second time I forgot my keys while I'm moving out and she helped me deal with that each time with a smile on her face and great customer service. I cannot review her highly enough if I can, though, I will leave a separate review for CubeSmart itself.”

“Robert and Julio did an awesome job moving all my items quickly and with care. My packed 1-bedroom was loaded and unloaded in around 2 hours. Although I didn’t report anything fragile or expensive, they treated my furniture as if it was and were generous with using moving blankets, plastic wrap, and straps. I’ve moved with Square Cow at least three times now and I’ll keep going back to them!”
