The app to show up and rent truck without getting help from someone and returning was not working for me!! Thank God people at the convenience store were very accommodating to help me!

After reading the reviews, I had second thoughts, but I went ahead and rented a U-Haul. The truck was clean, and I would rent it again. Thank you!

Mobile pick up wasn’t available at the site so I couldn’t adjust the time to pick up earlier. I reserved moving blankets but they didn’t have any available. The truck smelt horrible on the inside. Like wet dog or something. I had to drive with the window down to air the cabin out. Not a pleasant experience.
