This is a high volume store from what I can tell and the staff works hard. I receive consistent great service here. There can be challenging days in busy season, but that's everywhere. Definitely one of the best UPS Stores out there!

Apparently, this UPS store and the one on Hwy 71, will not take Amazon returns if they are in the retailer box. You need an additional box to place your item. If you don't have one, THIS UPS store will charge you for it. It is not Amazon's policy nor UPS in general. It is the policy of this one UPS store. When I return something with Amazon, it states, that I do not need to do anything. The UPS store will box it for me for free. Not the case at the Lakeway UPS store.

Love my local UPS store. The staff is friendly, fast and efficient. They all know me by first name!! They take the time to know their customers. And they are one of the busiest UPS stores in the country!

I have a return shipment and used the same box as shipped to me. The woman in this UPS store wanted to make me buy a box or she won’t ship it. She gave a quote of $20. I’ve done a ton of return shipment, never heard of it. Think about it, if they can ship me to this way, why can’t I return it this way?
I went to another UPS store and shipped it. No problem at all.

I sent an important document to the insurance company and they will payout as soon as they receive the document.. I sent it last Friday overnight air per State Farm's instructions used a label they created and ups printed and they don't know when it will arrive.. it was going from Austin to San Antonio next day air . Maybe the insurance company does that to slow payout . That's interest they can draw on the money so keep it as long as possible.. they are not really a good neighbor imo .. they won't pay a dime until they get the document..ups is a terrible shipping company and I'm pretty sure the girl who helped me botched something. Pure speculation though. 2 thumbs down to both ups and State Farm

I'm absolutely floored at the bad service I received from this location, specifically from Emma. I understand that she wants to be treated as the Queen Bee at this location, but when another employee is helping someone, its rude, condescending and irritating to the customer to try to take over the conversation. Let the employees do their job, stop trying to up-sell other services, and stop talking over people, Emma.

I was doing just fine with the other employee, but than the lead Emma came over and was very condescending. Talked over me and wasn't listening to my question. I will no longer use this store for my company mailing.

This UPS location is hands-down the best! Everyone here is incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient—they make every visit quick and easy. It has that friendly, community feel where they remember your name and genuinely care about getting things right. Whether I’m dropping off a package or need help with shipping, they always go above and beyond. So grateful to have a place like this in the neighborhood!

BE WARNED!!
This is something I thought I would never have an issue with at a UPS Store. If a service you provide is not accomplished, the money paid is refunded. A USPS shipped 3/20, overnight, for a 3/21 delivery...It finally got to it's destination, 3/26....failed delivery contract.
I don't know why they think a service they took money for, is not their responsibility.
I know they charged 100% mark up service fee which has nothing to do with the post office fee and but I do know you're the only one who can request a refund from the Post Office for the rest, and yet, they offered nothing.
I can not understand a policy that thinks you have no accountability for services that you facilitate and profit from.

Read a few bad reviews, but I've use this UPS location for years. Always top notch service with very friendly and helpful staff. Was in there a week ago or so and two ladies immediately offered help and assisted me with a self return. Certainly no lack of urgency in my experiences. Was in and out in under 2 minutes.
