Do not pay for Next Day Air with this location. Paid for Saturday delivery of important documents from Austin to Waco. Two different clerks assured me my package would arrive before 12pm on Saturday and I paid ALOT to have that be guaranteed as UPS does not typically deliver on Saturdays.Of course the package did not arrive...when I checked online it now (due to weather delays) will not be delivered until Wednesday....so I paid for overnight delivery for my package to take 6 days for my package to arrive. After waiting on hold with UPS customer service they explained that even though my transaction was in the morning, well within the next day air timeframe the store did not submit the ticket until 6:30pm and my package never even left the store until Saturday (the day it was supposed to be delivered)....I am beyond upset that they can't get a simple transaction correct. Basically this store has turned into a Amazon drop-off location...After submitting this review and going in to request my money back someone from the UPS Store management called me to discuss. They were very helpful and I had hoped this could get resolved through the GSR that they filed on my behalf. It has been almost a week and no response from UPS regarding my refund. I reached back out to the store and was basically told it is not their issue. Once the package leaves their store it is a UPS issue.

Definitely my "go to" USP store. I find myself going out of my way to use this branch specifically. Recently Wyatt helped me return Spectrum equipment and made sure I got my paperwork needed to prove my return to spectrum, even though I would have otherwise been happy to just drop the equipment and leave to avoid the lines during the holidays. I'm glad he did because I'm seeing that spectrum is still charging me for the equipment we returned and now thanks to Wyatt, I have the ammunition I need to call them up and get a refund. Thanks Wyatt!!!

I had some last minute holiday shipping to do today and walked in with an armful of gifts that needed to arrive in North Carolina by Christmas. The nicest young man (Wyatt) helped me get everything wrapped and boxed up and made the whole experience very pleasant. They even had the address saved in their system, since I had shipped to the same place last Christmas! So helpful, and I will definitely be back!! Thank you Wyatt!

Using the UPS Store for shipping items is the easiest. They are always very friendly, quick to step in when I need help, and also have offered additional services that I didn’t know were available.

I’ve been a mailbox customer since 2010 and the service has served me well. Ive never had a package lost and I receive a text message when a package arrives. I use their notary service periodically for work.

Watch out for the "Manager" Emma. She know NOTHING about customer service.One of her notary employees screwed up my deed so the county would not record it. I had to do it over again with escrow which was a big inconvenience. Anyone that has every bought or sold homes would understand.Emma the "Manager" saw the mistakes and instead of putting one of her, ever so important stamps, on the document complimentary (as an apology on behalf of her employee Wesley that messed it up) she insisted on charging my wife and I. She hid behind her designation as an "independent notary". Emma was stern that either we could come back and ask Wesley to do it again at no charge or pay Emma the "Manager" $6.00I've been a notary myself for 25 years. If anything came close to a situation like this, I couldn't care less about the few measly dollars as customer service is more important and having a happy customer.UPS or the franchise owner should think twice about having Emma as a "Manager" of the UPS location at:2121 Lohman's Crossing Suite 504 - LakewayShe is a horrible example of a "Manager"For us it was purely principal and I will happily take my business down the street!

This store takes Amazon returns - but only at 2 self-service kiosks. Even if the employees are not doing anything and there’s a line for Amazon self-service returns, employees won’t help you with Amazon returns. Very poor service!
