“I’m very upset, that this shop isn’t closer to home. While in town I decided to get an oil change. The young gentleman who checked me in was very professional and helpful in explaining my options in products. I like to run higher grade products. Prices were all fair. Came time to pay with Rusty and no news was good news but I’m believing that if this place states there may be something of concern they probably aren’t wrong. I’m jealous Lampasas. You got a dang good shop in this place.”

“I'll give them another chance with the tires in a few months, but personally I just needed to verify if my batteries or alternator were bad. It took 10 mins to check the batteries, and they charged me for an hour... $180 (ish?) dollars total for a simple battery test is highway robbery.
Update: As long as your service is not a simple 15 mins... They do know the job, and make sure your going to be able to safely continue. Just know they charge for the quality, and there's a minimum time to be charged.”

“I was traveling (Austin to Abilene) recently and the computer showed all four of my tires at 27mph. I figured it was a glitch in the system but stopped anyway so it could be checked. They were very gracious and immediately checked the tires and added air. Obviously they were low and this made me feel much better about my drive home. This is an example of great service and taking care of a Ford customer even though I didn't purchase my vehicle there.”
“I go to Tarleton and I was trying to drive home to Austin for the weekend today and my car started having transmission issues so I pulled into L&H 20 minutes before closing. The man in the front listened to my story and gave me the information I needed because I am a 19 year old girl with 0 car knowledge. Long story short, my dad is on the way to pick me up right now and they are letting me leave my car in their parking lot until we are able to figure out what to do with it. I feel so lucky to have pulled in there even though their shop does not deal with transmission issues, I was treated very nicely and they helped me as much as possible given my situation.”
