“The service attendees are quick to assess your vehicle. The staff is friendly and kind. They dont try to push unnecessary parts or repairs onto you. They treat you as one of their own. I personally have never had a compliment. Sometimes the wait feels kinda long but if you look at the bigger picture you see the work has been done in a timely manner.
I bought my car from Benny Boyd and have never had any issues with it, in my opinion its the best car we have ever bought. I love my Dodge Journey I wouldn't trade it for anything, she is still going strong after 13 years.”
“I’m very upset, that this shop isn’t closer to home. While in town I decided to get an oil change. The young gentleman who checked me in was very professional and helpful in explaining my options in products. I like to run higher grade products. Prices were all fair. Came time to pay with Rusty and no news was good news but I’m believing that if this place states there may be something of concern they probably aren’t wrong. I’m jealous Lampasas. You got a dang good shop in this place.”

“I was traveling (Austin to Abilene) recently and the computer showed all four of my tires at 27mph. I figured it was a glitch in the system but stopped anyway so it could be checked. They were very gracious and immediately checked the tires and added air. Obviously they were low and this made me feel much better about my drive home. This is an example of great service and taking care of a Ford customer even though I didn't purchase my vehicle there.”
