However the associate only had so much clearance to deny it. If the system says denied it's not the associates fault for denying the return. You should learn Walmart policies and procedures before going off on someone that's doing what they're told. If you didn't like the outcome go to another Walmart. I can say this because said associate was my supervisor at one point but she was nothing but the BEST. Ask any employee there or higher up, heck even customers, and they’ll agree. So how about yall go and throw your hissy fit somewhere else and stop harassing employees that are only following policies and procedures.”
