“Lance is Amazing! Unfortunately, he is leaving RUSSELL VERIZON precisely & exactly due to lack of INSIGHT on behalf of RUSSELL VERIZON. THAY ARE NOT REWARDING FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. IN FACT, THE OPPOSITE IS TRUE. THEY HAVE CREATED AN INVISIBLE WALL FOR HIM WHICH, AS YOU KNOW IS INTENTIONALLY IMPASSIBLE! SO TO HIS CREDIT, HE IS MOVING ON. VERIZON'S GREAT LOSS. SHAME”
