“I went to see what was wrong with my iPhone and the the clerk looked at it and determined that the tip of my charging cable had broken off in the charging port.Although he was not able to fix it, he did recommend a phone repair store in Killeen. I greatly appreciate that he did not try to sell me a new phone. I went to the repair center and the phone was fixed in under 5 minutes.Thank you Jay for your honesty and professionalism.”

“I accidentally dropped my phone on gravel and the screen protector was cracked in multiple locations. I swung by T-Mobile on a Sunday at 1:30pm to get a new screen protector. I was kindly greeted when I entered, but both employees were with other customers. I waited about 30 minutes and while still wrapping up with one of the other customers an employee asked how they could assist me. I advised that I needed to replace my damaged screen protector. The employee checked stock and advised that they did have a replacement in stock. It only took about 5 minutes for the employee to replace the screen protector. The new screen protector was FREE because I have Protection360. I left about 2:10pm. Thank you for the excellent service!”
