More Texas friendly ,,,polite and ready and willing to serve the customer. I'd recently bought 4 new tires and 1 had a factory defect. Tire co. was not eager to fulfill their warranty obligations,,,Buddy assured me I'd be taken care. True to his word, I got a new tire! Thx to all y'all at Larry's Tire n Lube.
