“I can't say enough about the staff at Desoto Town Center. My experience has been a very pleasant one in just the 3 months I have been here. The manager Kim is always beautifying the property in some way; I've never seen a Property Manager with such passion and pride. Sandra is also amazing. She's easy to communicate with and quick to respond when I need assistance. I don't have to worry about a lot of commotion as I live by the Zen Garden. It's a very peaceful space. My son can walk to the library and neighboring eateries without me worrying if he's safe. Happy to call DTC home.”

“I’ve been overly patient with this complex for going on 3 years. I never get follow up calls. Maintenance requests take WEEKS to get done. No communication whatsoever but they’re quick to leave notes on your door about bs violations!
6/2/25 Update: This complex has gotten sooo much better since we have new management! The ladies in the front office get stuff done! Maintenance requests get answered quicker now and i love that. rating went from 1 star to current rating 4/5. Would absolutely recommend!”

They are very understanding and anytime that I have an issue or question, rather by phone or email they always get back to me in a timely manner. The environment here has been great. “victor and zee came and broke the rest of my broken wall down and fixed it within 15 minutes !! very quick and went above and beyond to make sure my problem was fixed same day !! Ive only been here 2 months and every time i have had a issue zee was there to work quickly and efficiently. management is lucky to have him !! 10/10 maintenance men thank you”
“Besides the dogs being able to poop everywhere and no dog trash bins anywhere, which would encourage the owners to pick up poop. The management is soooo nice and attentive as well as maintenance. The only other thing is the parking lot near 50 building is a dangerous place of craters that needs to be fixed asap.”

“I’ve moved into these apartments in 2018 and just recently moved on October 3, 2025. These apartments are well kept and maintenance is fast to resolve any issues. It was hard leaving because this was home and I felt safe. Thank you Daphne and Leia for everything! I highly recommend anyone whose looking for an apartment in Red Oak to lease here.”

“Before the Tipton group took over this property I would have given It 0 stars. Between the musical chairs of property management companies, the crime, lack of maintenance, and the residents themselves it has been awful. The property definitely still has a long way to go, but I can say for certain that I am impressed with some of the changes I have seen and the staff in the office. THEY ACTUALLY ANSWER THE PHONES. They respond to emails, and are sympathetic to what us residents have endured when it’s so hard to even find an affordable place to rent right now. Tia has been great. I’ve been on a month to month lease for 3 years now and thanks to her time and professionalism I signed a new lease. I hope to see the continued improvement they have shown in such a short time.”
