“The maintenance team is very nice and wonderful people and very courteous when they arrive into your home they make sure that they put things back the way they are but sometimes I tell them to just leave it and I will clean it up the way I like to sometimes and they just laughed and say are you sure ma'am and I say yes sir I am they are very very courteous people and they make sure that there are an adult there before they come into your home and I appreciate thatOur landlord is a very nice lady and she takes the time out to talk to you and understand what's going on with you she do not show any favor to them torch anyone as I noticed she gets on me just as well as she get on other tenants I appreciate that and that she walks around and check to make sure that everything is going okay she even stops and talks to you for a little while and laugh and joke she really makes you feel like this is your home and very comfortable that you can come into the office or outside and then she will take time out to listen and talk and let you know that she is human and a person just like you are I love living here and just one more thing to say before I post this you should come and drive around our neighborhood and you can see how clean our community is our landlord and maintenance take very good care of our community and again I thank them for everything that they do God bless you”

“Before the Tipton group took over this property I would have given It 0 stars. Between the musical chairs of property management companies, the crime, lack of maintenance, and the residents themselves it has been awful. The property definitely still has a long way to go, but I can say for certain that I am impressed with some of the changes I have seen and the staff in the office. THEY ACTUALLY ANSWER THE PHONES. They respond to emails, and are sympathetic to what us residents have endured when it’s so hard to even find an affordable place to rent right now. Tia has been great. I’ve been on a month to month lease for 3 years now and thanks to her time and professionalism I signed a new lease. I hope to see the continued improvement they have shown in such a short time.”

“I lived here for about 3 years! I never had a bad experience. The neighborhood was quiet for me! Maintenance came quick every time I put in a request!! They’d even help me get trash out if it was too heavy! They provide washer and dryers on the inside of the home plus a storage closet with massive space for a reasonable price. Patrol officers are always riding around as well for safety. Overall it was a good experience!”
