“My experience at this location has been amazing. Great place for families with children. The property manager Daniel does a great job of keeping the apartments clean and safe and wastes no time to come fix any problems with the units when necessary. I love the community here and I'd highly recommend giving them a try. I personally moved here for a safer environment for my son and six months into my lease I can say for sure that I am not disappointed.”
“I can't say enough about the staff at Desoto Town Center. My experience has been a very pleasant one in just the 3 months I have been here. The manager Kim is always beautifying the property in some way; I've never seen a Property Manager with such passion and pride. Sandra is also amazing. She's easy to communicate with and quick to respond when I need assistance. I don't have to worry about a lot of commotion as I live by the Zen Garden. It's a very peaceful space. My son can walk to the library and neighboring eateries without me worrying if he's safe. Happy to call DTC home.”

“Just moved in here, if your looking for an apartment, I would highly recommend Oxford at Crossroads Centre. The management here is Awesome and very efficient, they go above and beyond, and really do care about their tenants and the appearance of the community. Maintenance, The guys here are awesome, I have never seen any crew as efficient as they are. you will be amazed how quick they respond to take care of any issue you have. The apartment was very, very clean upon move-in. It's an awesome community and we were amazed how quiet it is. If I could give them 10 stars I would.”
“Upon move in, our apartment was beautiful and spacious, with all new appliances, flooring and paint. The benefit of utilities wrapped into our monthly payment was so convenient and simple. “I am a resident at Hunters Cove. We’ve had some staff come and go, but I believe we have the dream team in our office right now. Carrie makes sure that things are taken care of when you present her with an issue. She never backs down from any challenges a resident may have because she has the experience so things phase her. Carrie always has a solution and gives you her word on when an issue can be resolved. This tells me that she works well with her staff and they work well together, and they work with a smile. If they were not happy, they wouldn’t stay and make our home so comfortable. So I want to thank them all for being so kind and professional. Keep up the good work….. We love it here?❣️”

We moved in on Halloween 2024 and we have seen staff come and go and sadly a lot drop the ball. “Its been almost 3 years I have been living in these apartments and I really like them. My building is quiet and everybody pretty much stay to themselves. The people in the office are always nice. They even offer pizza or snacks on some days when you stop by the office. Feliciti is super sweet and the office manager Damaris. I can’t forget to acknowledge the maintenance men Mario and Edgar as well. Any work order I have put in was completed the very next morning. They are very nice and friendly as well. No complaints at all. These are nice apartments and of course everyone experience will be different but mine have been just fine. Pay your rent on time and mind your business and you will have a good experience too. :)”
