Out of all the Chase Banks I have ever been to over the years, this one almost always seems to have ATM issues. I don't live near a Chase so unfortunately it is very frustrating to drive up to one of their ATM's only to find out you can't use it, drive around to a second ATM at same location only to find out you can't use it either. I'm guessing it is either the busiest Chase Bank in the DFW area or poorly managed. Something is not right. Currently 4:00pm on a Friday. Only ATM found working was one inside. At least I was able to access that one for transactions this time. Sometimes I have to go further out of my way to another Chase location.

I walked in there the ATM was broken so I walked to see if there were any teller's none. The ones that were opening bank accounts looks like they were supposed to be tellers. The guy asked the lady if they do deposits. The lady said no. Even though clearly they have the tellers so they can do it. And lights were shut off. Someone please report this bank.

One of the worst banking systems. I show up at 310pm on a Saturday afternoon. One atm working in the drive-thru.. The atm inside our cards don't work to open up the lobby door to get to it. 8 cars in line to use one a machine. The outside atm has been down since Thursday.Unfortunately it's like this all the time. I just decided to say something today. We need a branch in Waxahachie and Red Oak. What's the problem with this brand. I'm thinking on leaving this bank.

DT ATMs never work, and now they closed access to the one inside that should be accessible through the first doors. Wish it was a more reliable place of business.

Got here at 1pm and was waiting in the waiting room. Spoke to an associate and advised her I would like to open an account. She told me she would get back to me and I waited 45 minutes. At that point I left because no one ever came out to help. The worst service I experienced at bank. Will never be returning

I've never had a problem at this location. I have experienced issues with one of two outside ATM's not accepting deposits or dispensing cash. Prior to Covid I was accustomed to a sign-in system to meet with a banker. The online and telephone appointment scheduling was not a high point for me. Otherwise I find the service above average. I've always gotten my banking needs addressed. However I didn't appreciate the rainbow flag at the window. Keep the focus on banking.

Nathaly was very patient and sweet with my mother. After she opened her account Nathaly walked her through the steps to get her email and account set up on her phone. That is going above and beyond, thank you Nathaly.

This location can NEVER have all ATM’s working ! The far right ATM has been out of service for a week now and the inside ATM May or May not take deposits . I guess we aren’t in the top notch part of town to have working ATM’s!!! Do better Chase !!

My father & I waited 2 hours for an appointment that was scheduled a week prior. The banker did a no show & called instead an hour after the fact to do a conference call. I refused the conference call being that we had been there waiting an hour. Meanwhile we sat & waited for the manager who ask us to give him a minute which turned into 30 minute due to the fact he was with a customer. I ask for a assistant manager or supervisor & she never came out. Of course we went ahead & left. Poor customer service & unsatisfactory was definitely demonstrated @ this branch location. My father work nights & waited patiently for an appointment after he left work that never happened.
