They looked at my phone and told me what the problem was. Since my phone was old and outdated, I decided to take their advice and get a new one. I got 2 lg stylus 4 for $120 including 2 lines on unlimited data not bad at all. The screen protector they gave me was paper thin and had a tab at the top which peeled off within an hour. The cases are $13 a bit overpriced i got a tempered glass screen protector and case on amazon Prime for $8 with free next day shipping. Great customer service.
