Honestly, I was a bit skeptical coming from 20+ years of AT&T’s more widely available metro coverage to a rural area where their coverage is so minimal it was staggering. Add to that a town with limited providers and I wasn’t too confident trying to choose what I prayed would be a reliable internet source.
But so far all is quite stable and running extraordinarily smoothly with no signal bounces or lags whatsoever yet! Well done SpeedNet!!

“Overall, great service and friendly staff. Tim, who manages support and trouble shooting helped take time out of his Saturday to fix my modem so I had connection on the weekend.
From my experience, the service is quite great! I have had a few moments though where my internet speed and packet loss weren't running they way they were supposed to be during important work hours.
I do recommend for anyone who lives in the Deep Ellum area though! My 4 stars is simply my experience alone. And there are plentiful happy customers. And they have very reasonable prices for internet.”

“I stopped by the T-Mobile store at 611 W Jefferson Blvd last week to grab a pair of headphones, but they didn’t have the color I wanted. Denise didn’t just brush it off she actually took the time to look up which store had them in stock, showed me how to order them right from the app, and made the whole process super easy. By the time I got to the other location, all I had to do was pick them up.
She also helped me set up a few free services I didn’t even realize came with my plan, and showed me some really useful tips on my phone I had no idea about. What really stood out to me was that she wasn’t even making a commission from helping me that day, but she still went above and beyond like I was her top customer.
Denise definitely made my day and reminded me what great customer service looks like. T-Mobile, give this woman some recognition she earned it!”

“You can get an iphone 6 for $50 plus first month$50 plus $15 activation when you switch from another provider. Total is $130 with tax. I got 2 lg stylus 4 for $120 including 2 lines on unlimited data not bad at all. The screen protector they gave me was paper thin and had a tab at the top which peeled off within an hour. The cases are $13 a bit overpriced i got a tempered glass screen protector and case on amazon Prime for $8 with free next day shipping. Great customer service. Overpriced cases and limited selection as well. But if your looking for a good deal on 2 phones this is the place to go”
