T and W Tire offers great service with a hardworking technician named Juan, who handles tire changes and alignments on his own. Customers appreciate his professionalism and quick work, especially those with limited time. The shop is noted for having specific tires in stock, making it a reliable choice in the Dallas area. While one customer felt pressured into an upsell, the manager reached out to clarify the situation, leading to a satisfied resolution. Overall, T and W Tire is recognized for its customer service and efficiency.
