“Overall an amazing experience. I used to be a dealership technician and really hate to wrench when I don’t have to anymore. Crazy to see how much better of an experience you can get from Christian brothers compared to a dealer. Everyone was beyond nice to me and more than qualified. They have a shuttle service that makes getting to and from the shop super easy. Seeing the owner at the front counter really shows how amazing this place is and how much they care for their customers. Thank you to Brandon, AJ, and Kyle for making today super easy. I would recommend this place over any other shop I’ve been to.”

“I have used Jon’s EZ Lube a few times for oil changes & a vehicle inspection. They are always fast, courteous and affordable.
The last time I was there, I overheard the young woman who was answering the phone calm the caller who was worried about not arriving in time for an oil change before Jon’s closed. The employee assured her they would get her taken care of and asked her not to rush and to drive safely. It stuck out to me as unique because I’ve heard many other businesses just tell customers to come the next day. Feels like Jon really cares about customers and he’s amassed a staff who share that value.”

We bought my wife's last Outlander from here 5 years ago, so called and John sent me a text with price for the vehicle we "thought" we would get. Went in next morning and actually bought a different Outlander and he was able to accommodate all our needs. “My son had problems with his car on Friday afternoon when he was going to come home for Thanksgiving break. We called our insurance roadside assistance and the wait was 90 minutes. After 30 minutes this was cancelled and the time restarted. We were getting anxious about getting the vehicle to the dealership before it closed. The dealership told us that they always used B&O towing so we cancelled our roadside assistance claim and called B&O towing. They answered the phone immediately and someone was there within 15 minutes. His car was loaded up and arrived at the dealership without any problems. The person on the phone and the operator who came out to tow the car were both so nice! While nobody wants to need to have their car towed, I definitely would use B&O again as their service made a bad situation tolerable.”
