“Timothy is the absolute man!! I called him Friday morning due to an emergency cleaning being required for our BMW X5. I'm in Plano so google wasn't showing his place in my search results, so I went with Grok AI, who listed EcoPal as one of the best in the metroplex as specific car detailing. This was a dog accident in the car situation and it smelt TERRIBLE. It was only 25 minutes to get to him, he assured me this would be taken care of and sent me to a local restaurant to hang out at until he was done. When I got back a couple hours later, car smelt brand new again! I was shocked and pumped. I plan on telling EVERYONE about him, not only in the Flowermound, Denton, Lewisville area but also the Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Richardson and Dallas area. If you're from any of these areas reading this review, the drive is worth it 100%. Rest assured your car needs the care, Timothy is the man for the job and there's worse places to hang out for a couple hours than Main Street. Thanks for everything , Timothy and EcoPal!”
“My kids love coming here for the sharks! They even have little shark toys for the kids. I can’t go a week without the kids asking if we can go get a car wash. Best car wash in Lewisville! No damage to my vehicle like the new duck one does to my husband’s car, knocking his license plates off.

“5 stars! I looked all over town for a place to hand wash and detail my big truck. I drove it over 1500 miles across country and it was covered in bugs, dirt, road tar, brake dust, bird droppings, fingerprints, etc. Epic brought it back to showroom new. They took the time to do the door jambs, each wheel and tire individually, and no spot was missed. The best the truck has looked in a long time. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicles here.”

“What can I say about Alex, I’ll start with he is the nicest guy you will ever meet and he is definitely dedicated to his craft. I searched long and hard to find the right guy to perform the detail on my vehicles because I used to do this work in my youth and I know how hard the work is and the attention to detail required to please customers. Let me say if you use Alex you will never use another car detailing service. The guy is immaculate in his attention to detail and personnel care service. “Took my 2020 Acura in to get cleaned today and was blown away when I picked it up — it literally looked brand new! Like it just rolled off the lot, shiny and spotless. The inside was just as impressive — every detail was spotless. On top of that, the owner is one of the friendliest people I’ve met in a long time. Fair pricing, excellent service, and highly recommended!”

“The car wash always does a great job of cleaning my car. However, the kiosk where you select your wash automatically makes you sign up for their membership unless you realize quickly before paying that it is doing that. It is almost hidden that it is having you sign up for the membership. This needs to be changed so that you aren’t automatically signing up for the membership when getting a car wash.”

“I made arrangements to stay at Destiny Dallas when coming home for an engagement party. Circumstances had changed when I arrived and I needed to stay longer with a couple extra guests in my camper. The staff we so very accommodating and understanding of my situation. The park was well kept and clean. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to enjoy the amenities but I will next time I come thru. Despite the purpose of my visit being turned upside down I will most definitely recommend and return to Destiny Dallas RV in the future!”

“Got both cars detailed here with The Carnation detail package. Hard to find a full service detail anymore and this fit the bill for full inside/out detail for a reasonable price. Shout out to Jorge, the manager, for his great customer service in replacing a rubber floor mat that was misplaced. Make sure to check your floor mats after detail services as this was not noticed with the paper mat when I got the car back. Jorge made sure I got the car back as it was and replaced it with no questions asked. Great customer service, gaining a new customer. Thanks!”

“Slef service car wash. So i love that. Everything seemed to work at half capacity at best. Foam brush was just liquid. High pressure wash or soap was not good.....that being said, cars are clean. Prices are fair even for a not ideal experience.”
