“I have used Jon’s EZ Lube a few times for oil changes & a vehicle inspection. They are always fast, courteous and affordable.
The last time I was there, I overheard the young woman who was answering the phone calm the caller who was worried about not arriving in time for an oil change before Jon’s closed. The employee assured her they would get her taken care of and asked her not to rush and to drive safely. It stuck out to me as unique because I’ve heard many other businesses just tell customers to come the next day. Feels like Jon really cares about customers and he’s amassed a staff who share that value.”

“Our old reliable 2000 Ford Expedition finally decided to have a problem and after consulting a couple of local friends we ended up having her towed to Lorentz in Lewisville....They replaced the serpentine belt and turned her up...They also fixed a couple of minor things we had put on the back burner...Everyone was so gosh darn nice and SO knowledgeable...Kept us informed and we were in and out !!!!....Fairly priced...We will be back and tell others about our experience for sure !!!!!......Charlie and Debbie”
“I don't even know how to properly express how amazing this team is!
I was without air conditioning for 5 weeks and slowly dying any time I had to drive my car. There was another mechanic that I was trying to work with, but their prices were fluctuating all over the place and I couldn't get a straight answer from them. On a whim of desperation one afternoon I scheduled with Driver's Edge and they got me in the next day, they were straight forward with their answers and their prices, and they fixed my car in a day and a half!
They basically saved me from being slowly killed by the heat and I highly recommend them!”

“Unfortunately the second I pulled out I had a flat tire and they were fine when I went in and supposedly they filled them so I don't know if they hit a curb or something pulling the car out or what but the low pressure light was on.. I just didn't think to walk around and check the tires. So now I'm buying a new tire as well.

“Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I came in about 20 minutes late to my appointment, and they were not troubled by it. They explained and showed me firsthand what was wrong with my car and how they would fix it, along with a quote, before they made any repairs. They told me about how long I could drive it and gave me a quote and explained what I could do if I couldn't get all of those repairs today. I will be coming back soon to get everything done.”

“Needed an A/C recharge for my 04 Buick Century. Never had it recharged before, but eventually they need it. It only has 62k miles and I keep it pristine. You could literally eat a heated muffin off the valve cover; it is that clean. Carl, the owner, was honest and didn't jack me around about putting A/C Dye in the system to make a mess, check for a leak, diagnostic service and the other garbage 5 other shops pretty much insisted on forcing on me, to get it recharged. It is a 20yo car. It is normal to need a recharge periodically.
Carl took good care of my old car, Recharged it, put a little A/C oil in the system, kept everything clean, talked to me about what was needed and now it is like new. It is, freezing me out of it, if I don't keep the fan on low.
AAA+ experience with an honest shop. Glad I found this Auto Service Shop.”
