The customer service at this branch is always on point! Everyone in the branch is super friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to make service as easy and convenient as possible. The branch manager is always so helpful in answering my questions and directing me in the right direction. It's nice to know that a branch manager is willing to assist in even the smallest of things even issues with the app! I definitely recommend banking here!

Don’t know where these bad reviews are coming from. My experience was amazing that I felt compelled to give them some recognition. First parking is bountiful and once you walk into the lobby from the excruciating heat you are transported to a financial center paradise. Everything is nice and tidy and sanitized, no COVID here. If you have to wait for a banker the seats in the lobby will make you forget your problems. This time I didn’t need to wait I got in line and was attended to by Daniela. Daniela was excellent and well informed. The transaction went super quick and I loved how discrete she was with my large deposit. This place is so awesome it’s a big company but with that small town feel. The last few times I’ve been here Maribel helped me out and what was great is that she was in the counter and went out of her way to say hi to me by my name. Cannot get better customer service than that. I’ve talked to the manager Rebecca and could see she was by the auto bank. When she’s working everything is on point and running smoothly.What most would consider an errand or a chore is a breeze. I want to keep making more money just so that I can go back to this BoA.

Absolutely the worst national bank ever. Bad customer service. No drive through. Short lobby hours. Limited service on weekends. While relying on technology they’ve lost their human touch. Switching to local bank. Relationships matter.

Yes, they added another ATM in the drive thru lanes. This was long overdue. O tellers at drive thru lanes btw. But one teller during the day?! Really… I see 4-5 team members in offices ready to open accounts. And two hosts that either help people prep deposit slips or ‘talk up’ the people waiting in line. Poorly planned automation (drive thru ATM), to replace drive thru & walk-up business.

One teller, while other employees stand around! While the line gets longer and longer! The drive thru has been closed since Covid! Not very efficient use of employees. This is a business account so. Can’t use the ATM! And can’t use the night deposit cause they’ve already lost one deposit! ?

The fact that they can't answer the phone for over 30 minutes tells me all I need to know about this bank. Horrible service.

Their suspicious transaction process is inconsistent and has caused me to have problems with a rent payment I attempted to make 3 days straight. I began making a payment in 3/21/23, the transaction showed "processing" in the account history. I was informed by the business that was waiting for payment that they did not show the payment going through. On 3/22/23 I noticed the transaction had disappeared, the business did not get their payment and Bank of America never sent me an alert or notice that there was a problem with it. On 3/22 and 3/23 I attempted to make a payment again and the same thing happened but with several thousand dollars on hold and the transaction as being "processing" in the account history.The payment finally went through on 3/24/23 but I was charged by the business for the transaction attempts. I still never received an alert from the bank or any information. When I called bank america I was given misinformation over and over again including the lie that Mastercard had denied the transaction directly and before bank of america even saw it, this was a lie as I told the rep I had pictures of the pending transactions and it was at this point the rep transferred me to another rep without notice or without transferring me to a supervisor like I asked, this second rep told me another lie stating this transaction didn't go through because the business had been fraudulent in the past but I again said this was unlikely as I had made a payment for this same business a month before. No consequences for the mountain of misinformation for individual representatives. No wonder this bank has it's own page in the Justice Department website justice.gov/opa/pr/bank-… and billions of dollars in fines and lawsuits by the DOJ for FRAUD AND ILLEGAL activity and processes.

Opens late, closes early, line is always all the way outside the building, 1 person working at all times. What other horrible things that this bank does can be stated? They do absolutely nothing right

I think it’s quite funny how they added an extra ? only to have one of them be unable to accept deposits on a Friday. Typical terribly managed BoA.

Most definitely the worst bank ever.. Customer service is bad. There is only two employees attending who ever comes in and only one teller for bank service. And the place was full.. There is only two banks here in laredo.. I would give a negative 10 if it had the option.. ????

Worst bank in Laredo not enough workers long lines for everything and no drive thru and closes very early when compared to other banks in the same area

I've been waiting for 3 months for my card to be Delivered to my address i go to the bank to see what is the problem is and they just tell me it should be in my mail
