“I'm like the typical person that enjoys to swipe a debit or credit card at any ATM machine but today was different. I had to go personally into a Compass branch and I was dreading it because it's a Saturday and before a holiday. I was thinking the worst scenario and imagined the long lines with only 1 teller and 1 loan officer. I'm happy to say that there were 2 tellers available and the line only had 1 person ahead of us. We got to take our time and ask questions on some charges and our teller was very curteous and greeted us with a smile. She patiently answered our questions and printed out some missing statements etc., was very professional and attentive. I did not expect this treatment on a weekend, before a holiday and in Laredo!! I highly recommend this branch if you bank with Compass. It was a pleasant experience!”

They made me smile and actually gave me a good experience at the bank. My first trip to Laredo ended with an even bigger smile due to these two people. I left with a small token from Alex.
