7501 San Dario Ave, Laredo TX 78045

    4.5 Superb 175 reviews

“I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an incident I witnessed at the Target on San Dario in Laredo, Texas 1/22/26 at 4 o’clock I observed an employee from the pick up division speaking into a customer in an incredibly loud rude and aggressive manner. The customer appeared to be a person with disabilities which made the employee behave even more distressing to witness. The employees tone was unprofessional and lack the basic respect I expected from target staff this kind of behavior create a hostile environment for shoppers and it’s completely unacceptable. I hope management looks into this incident and ensures that all staff are trained on how to interact with customer respectfully regarding their abilities .”

“I had purchased a marble accent piece for my bedroom that I loved a lot however it unfortunately cracked randomly due to the nature of how marble can be, this warranted a visit for a refund, while they did play ball about it since it is a business they also understood my point of view as a customer and were able to refund me without issues, outside of this unfortunate case they were professional about it and I will consider other items from this store thanks to their customer service Note to new customers: ALL clearance items or discounted with a red label is not refundable so just keep an eye and think twice about purchasing said items”

A new appointment was rescheduled and Rene did an excellent job communicating with me. He informed me that the parts were not what he needed and the part needed is no longer manufactured. He recommended replacing the microwave.”
