Hampton Inn Laredo is a recently renovated five-story hotel that offers a convenient location near a shopping mall and various dining options. Guests appreciate the quiet environment despite proximity to the freeway, as well as the comfortable and clean rooms. The patio area and pool are nice features, although the hot tub has been out of service. While some rooms on the fifth floor are newly renovated, access can be challenging due to ongoing elevator issues, which have reportedly persisted for months. The breakfast service has received mixed reviews, with some guests finding it below par, and the coffee lacking in quality. Customer service experiences vary; some guests report unprofessional and indifferent desk staff, while others have encountered helpful and accommodating personnel. Issues with room availability and temperature control have also been noted, but overall, the hotel caters to travelers looking for a decent stay, albeit with some drawbacks. Despite the challenges, some guests still recommend the hotel, especially if willing to overlook certain inconveniences for the comfort of the newly updated rooms.
They did not want to help build a fort in my room. Maybe next time.

The hotel is terrible, the television does not work, the keys to enter the room, the elevator is horrible, the floor is horrible, and they also charge you 10 dollars for parking, what a shame for the Hilton chain, I hope they take away the concession, I will not stay again In this hotel

Terrible hotel, nothing works, the attention is zero, don't stay here. There is no breakfast, they just put some muffins, no one answers anything, the service is disgusting.
