“We stayed at this hotel on December 24-25, 2025, and had a wonderful experience. The entire place was very clean, and our room was spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made our stay so relaxing. We were traveling with our family, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming.
Another thing we really appreciated was the night security. Since we were heading to Mexico in the morning, we had our truck loaded, and it gave us peace of mind knowing everything was safe.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly place to stay. We will definitely come back!”

“I was surprised how nice the place was. Thank you Lord for point me in the direction I need to be. It's close to the highway closest. Some food places and I just think it's a great place to bring your family. There's a pool in the courtyard and it's really nice with terracotta clay clubhouse and bathroom with a grill and the pools like kind of tropical with a waterfall setting from vases at the base of the pool that flow into the pool. It's pretty cool. I'll definitely recommend it to lot of my friends”

“Excellent service 👏 front desk was very (props for Joshua) helpful and made our stay extra comfy. They even provided extra pillows for our stay and extra shampoo. BTW the shampoo and soaps are very great quality as well. Overall stay was very pleasant ☺ and I will most definitely stay here again on next travel to Laredo. “We were so happy so clean, and so comfortable... they spoke bilinguey.. so professional the etiquette was awesome I didn't see any beer though at the little cafe but it's okay I walked to the bar at Fuddruckers.. the pool was very good very warm. The showers were so modern.. we definitely will come back”

“I liked the hotel, the only thing is that last night I say one cockroach under the air in the living room, I killed it no problem and in the bathroom between the WC an the bath there was another baby cockroach, Idk if was because of the rain and was the first floor, I'm not that special person but I'm telling this just like FYI, and check that issue with bugs, for other costumers Other than that, everything was excellent.
I loved the room, totally I would stay there again ??”

“It is a motel to sleep for one or two nights, not a vacation spot, so, under that parameter, I can point out that it is the first time that they assigned me a comfortable room and in which I feel safe... The facilities are old and with brands of constant use, but they offer what you need to rest from a day of shopping.”
“I stayed at the Embassy Suites in Laredo, Texas, over the Fourth of July holiday, and I had an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional from check-in to check-out.
The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and appeared to be modern and refreshed. My room was comfortable, and despite staying during a busy holiday weekend, it was very quiet. I slept great and didn’t hear any noise.
I’ve stayed at other Embassy Suites, including locations in Florida, and this is one of the nicest I’ve visited. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a great selection, and the evening happy hour was a nice bonus with good snacks and drinks.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Laredo. Great service, excellent cleanliness, and a comfortable, relaxing stay.”

“Best motel 6 I have ever stayed in. Most are run down in desperate need of remodeling. Not this location. I would rate these room as a standard of a Best Western. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Only thing bad about my room is the laminate planks were separating. Pool was in need of a good cleaning. The water was clear but the walls had a green tinge.”

“My Family & I stayed here for 7 Months while transitioning into housing. If it was not for them we would have been on the streets. Wanda that cleaning lady is Amazing, we became friends with her she is like Family to us. We loved the outside for the kids to run around and play. The rooms you can't hear much of any noise, they have large TV screens in the rooms. AC works great. We had to switch 3 rooms during our stay because of plumbing issues with their toilets, bath tub, and an issue with our toilet that flooded but they immediately moved us to a different room. They give you toilet paper daily, clean your room for you, and give you towels when they have them to give. And soaps.
It is older so you will see cockroaches, some mice. During our stay there was a knife point outside in their parking lot, and a stabbing above us, and no special services to professionally clean the blood off the windows or sidewalks and blood splatters stayed for months on the side walks. It was hard to get around daily with the kids. And a lot of bad crimes, prostitutes, tons of semi truck drivers in and out, drug deals, some broken windows, be very cautious while staying if your surroundings. some outlets that would spark in one room from another family staying. It's under construction so the rooms have poor ceilings, walls, and some have no siding around the bathroom or it falls off. Some sheets had blood splatters, stains, towels with stains. They can improve their sheets and towels. During our stay our room went up a little but for $900 a Month it's a good price, you can't beat it. And sometimes police and guard dogs walk around, it's an excellent location for shopping at Ross, discount store, specs, dollar tree, to Tacolare best food ever. Mcdonalds, we dys, gas station, and H.E.B & Walmart are all close, banks, hair cut salons, all in a great location ci cis pizza. Nice staff, helpful, informational. Wanda & Roxanne are very Great. Sometimes it's very peaceful, other times it can get violent outside, 1 night someone threw a beer glass bottle at our door at 2 AM and shattered glass everywhere. There's no washer or dryer on site , It helps to pay Cash, there card machine don't always work same with their ATM, no contentisl breakfast, no wifi, soda machines don't always work or only the Coke you can get. It helped my family to have a roof over our heads and we will be forever grateful.”

“My sisters, niece, and I missed our flight so we booked a room here to stay overnight until our 7am flight thr next morning. Our room had ice cold AC and since we were on the 9th floor we also got a great view of the lightning from a thunderstorm miles away. Shout out to the amazing staff for a truly memorable experience; felt like we were part of the family lol. Would love to come back once the hotel remodel is complete.”
