Had a review posted a few years ago, which strangely was deleted. Gave them the oportunity again and no, its still the same bad service bad experience kind of hotel. I will say jt again: the worst Hampton Inn ive ever stayed at. If you want a good experience and service, avoid this hotelFood & drinks: Buffete breakfast was removed earlier than stated

Went here on a business trip thinking it will be good. Went in to get a room early upon arrival 9:30am so i can settle and do some work...rooms wasnt ready was told to come back at 12.. returned at 12 rooms still not ready states to come back at 2....? ask to do some work at the comfortable seating area staff lady stated that area is closed at 12. I should have booked at the hilton or even econo..its sad cause their slogan on the matt states we are here to make you happy..they failed me first impressions are everything and i was not impressed. Been to many hampton inn all over the country and its a first i felt like i didnt belong ... Spend your money wisely and find something better...im writing this as im still waiting for a room availability...?? i do not recommend going here.?️

The hotel is terrible, the television does not work, the keys to enter the room, the elevator is horrible, the floor is horrible, and they also charge you 10 dollars for parking, what a shame for the Hilton chain, I hope they take away the concession, I will not stay again In this hotel

By far the worst experience I have had with Hilton. Staff was rude and cable didn’t work in rooms no hot coffee or water. Not offered honors water or thank you at all.staff lied after we expressed concerns breakfast was off early elevator wasn’t working. Just terrible experience Hilton should not allow this location to hold the Hilton name

I was very disappointed, I stayed due to work and checked in late. The television didn’t work and hotel staff was dishonest and not concerned. We didn’t get breakfast as they closed kitchen early. No hot coffee.I have been an executive diamond member for a long time and this by far was the worst Hampton/Hilton experience. The hotel closed my complaint and didn’t not seem too concerned with Loyalty or Hiltons customer service commitment.

Terrible hotel, nothing works, the attention is zero, don't stay here. There is no breakfast, they just put some muffins, no one answers anything, the service is disgusting.

It was a great location close to shopping mall, lots of different food places and was really quiet even though close to freeway. Pool and the patio area was nice. Hot tub was out of service but oh well. I had issues while here but overall it was a good hotel. The rooms were comfortable , it was clean, there were no bugs noticed, nice bath towels and they had breakfast but I think it was below par. Coffee was just water basically. I bought instant coffee packs instead. Overall I would recommend.

TV doesn’t work at all and it’s old anyway if it did. There was no soap or shampoo in the room. I mean aren’t those part of the basics of a hotel room. Thankfully there was a bed and sheets in here.

They charge $10 for parking. There was foreign trash on the floor of the room.Rooms: The bathroom exhaust fan is always on, the beds are not firm.

Terrible hotel, a robbery, 260 dollars a room plus 10 dollars for parking, terrible service, abuse, possibly discrimination for being Mexican, if you go to Laredo TX, never stay in that place
