“I recently bought three packages of insulation bats that were obviously quite expensive. Unfortunately for me, the very first package that I decided to use had only 8 of the advertised 11 batts in the package.
After making sure that I hadn't made a counting error several times, I proceeded to call the store to report my finding and hopefully reach a resolution. Well, I was pleasantly surprised that the manager listened very intently, asked me a few questions, and readily stated that he would authorize a prorated reimbursement once I came back in to the store with my receipt in hand.
I went over to the store a few hours later and store manager J. Villalobos again obtained more information about my issue and shortly thereafter authorized the above-noted reimbursement.
Thanks to this very positive experience, I can personally say that they have earned themselves a customer for life. While I am sure that there might be more competitive prices at other stores, depending on the item, the value that I found at this particular store is priceless, and that's what is so much more important to me.
