“Todays visit to this T mobile store in Laredo was a success ! I am a truck driver who travels a lot and I usually pop in to T-Mobile to take advantage of some of the insurances that I have on my account say for instance the screen protection program what I took advantage of today . I was immediately greeted by Alberto who explained to me that there would be a bit of a wait , no problem !
As I was helped by he staff they took care of my phone and also knew much more about the plans and services that they provided which was awesome ! Jessica is an assistant there and she consoled me and let me know how good of a deal it would be to buy into an Apple Watch today which wasn’t completely on the shopping list but she reassured and recommended the item and made me feel just as comfortable as if I had been speaking to her previously and she helped guide me through the process ! All in all I left with a new Apple Watch , great service and a recommendation to come back for others who may visit .
