Got here at 8:45am for a 9:45am appointment only to be told that there are not appointments. It's first come first serve. Finally got let in at 9pm only to be told that they cannot load me because the guard let me in by accident. He was only supposed to let the truck ahead of me in. So I spent the night out in the street and was assured 1st place in line once they open in the morning. Sure enough, I was first! They finished loading me in 30 minutes. And 6 and a half hours later, I am still waiting for my paperwork and seal so I can leave....still waiting...still waiting.....

Strict with appointment times.. very busy, tight docks, especially with how busy it is people are backing 24/7 back to back people come in, people will block your space. They took an hour to load though.

They won't allow you to pick up more than 15 minutes early but they treated me well and loaded me quickly. I have also delivered to them and the experience was also goid.

Spent 7 1/2 hours on the dock at Warehouse 15, ran out of time and they wouldn’t let me sit there until morning. Just plain f@&$ed up.

At the new location: 114 Ross Khaledi rd. PUT A SIGN UP FOR DRIVERS!! Every driver I’ve talk to who has gone to the new location, has said that they accidentally went in the first entrance that you guys are not using yet, because it was the obvious entrance for incoming semi’s. Because we are in tractor trailers, we can’t just make a simple U-turn to get ourselves back out of that situation! When I got stuck there yesterday, as I arrived to pick up a delivery, I had to blindside back out onto the street where cars were not stopping for me. This is 100% unsafe and you guys carelessly put us in that situation because nobody can be bothered to put up a sign. At least six other drivers and myself have asked the staff at the new place to please put up a sign. I asked yesterday, but my coworkers who have been going there since you guys opened, have also asked, and nothing has been done regarding putting up a sign. So I know that nobody cares enough to put up a sign. This is very inconvenient and VERY unsafe for drivers! For God sakes, PUT UP A SIGN that directs drivers to the second entrance!!

Be careful, they are pretty hectic here. If your load is delivery that will stay in US, than you will be invisible for them. Looks like it also helps if you are a Mexican, because many trucks driven by them came after me, and left before me. If you have choice, choose to avoid this place. Unless you enjoy in chaotic environment with no order at all. 2hrs waiting for the door (and I arrived on a "strict" appointment. 2 hrs waiting on the dock, no one entered my trailer yet... This was done on purpose, I saw it.

Strictly by appointment only, do not waste time coming here to see if you will get unloaded or drop the trailer. It will not happen. Once scheduled everything goes fast and as every other warehouse. Lady's at guardshack are helpful too.

Watch your loads. I was there to drop 13 pallets per the BOL and the dock worker took 29 and had an attitude about being corrected. Not professional

Female guard is super lazy just chatting with people instead of doing her job. You have to wait to be called. Waited an hour for that and loading was ok

Showed up on time for my appointment female guard was lazy didn’t want to get out of the guard shack for anything and then I go to check in for my appointment time only to be told we call you when we have a dock open and have several docks open. If you expect us to show up on time for our appointments then i EXPECT to be loaded on my appointment time and not whenever you decide to load me.

Had a good experience at the 6110 Bob bullock location. The loader Leroy assisted in offloading my trailer and he did an amazing job. He offloaded my trailer in 30 minutes. Thanks Leroy.
