Rio Grande Ranch Apartments is a well-maintained community with an excellent management team. Residents appreciate the affordable units and enjoy amenities like the swimming pool, especially during summer. Many find their apartments comfortable and suitable for their needs, with some praising the new management for making improvements. However, noise from neighbors, particularly from upstairs, can be an issue for some residents, affecting their sleep. Despite this, residents continue to live there and appreciate the property's overall upkeep and the opportunity to relax with family. Great management and always kept clean but i cant evan go outside because people are just smoking marijuana but overall is a good apartment complex and everyday after shcool they guve kids food and even now in the summer they give kids free food on Tuesday and Thursday.

Very grateful that the staff was able to work with me under my conditions of needing a place asap i was able to move in within 2 weeks. Everything works well ive had no problems what so ever.
