Spectrum has monopolized internet service in south Laredo, leaving us with no other option than their incompetence. I wish we could get Google Fiber down here so we wouldn’t need to rely on a company that creates ridiculous charges/fees just to provide outdated modems and inflated internet prices.

I went in to personally ask about my wifi not working, and if I could modify something in my account.I went in with an email just in case they needed it, and the representative with so much disgust (I'm not exaggerating, and I don't know how else to describe his tone and face expression) said to me "what is this?! I need a phone number!". I don't know why they decided to take out any frustrations they had with me, but even after I decided to excuse his tone and gave him the phone number he just tells me they can't do anything and told me to call somewhere else if I want help.What's worse is that somebody else was going to help me, and HE decided to "help" me instead.Literally no need to be that rude.I believe the rep's name was Javier.

Very unprofessional customer service and you people just shutdown this store it’s useless they have the discriminating audacity to ask for a person that’s HOMEBOUND to take the equipment physically to the store first of all if can google for the definition of HOMEBOUND maybe ? it’ll give you a spark or perhaps more training will be nice or just do everything over the phone so we don’t have to deal with incompetence like John or Sal step aside and let people who knows how to earn their paycheck ??

I pay way to much money for the internet to always have an outage, I live in a place where I need the wifi calling so my calls can go through I could be in need of an ambulance and guess what my call wouldn't go through because of an outage, if this doesn't stop im going to be changing to Elon Musk's internet.

Customer service at Spectrum in Laredo is horrible! The first person spoke down to my husband and me. The second person that tried to help us was clueless on packages. Very disappointed with this service.

Customer service here can be like Jekyll and Hyde: you can get one lady rep who is very thorough and listens to all your questions and concerns or you can get another rep who only cares about pushing "new" deals on you without even reviewing your account to see that you had previously made changes to your services to bring costs down. I had one very specific question for the female rep who was supposed to help but instead she made it seem like she didn't care about anything else we needed. She kept being motor-mouth and in a rush to get us out. Arriving there, she was one of two reps who were sitting down in front of a computer not tending to anyone. As it was there was several people waiting and the place was very smelly. Took a while to adjust to the bad odor. She couldn't even understand what I was asking because she kept cutting me off and then she would listen to the other person I was with so I would stay quiet. When they both stopped I proceeded to ask again but she told me to call a phone number to have a tech come to my house. Anyone who has had trouble with slow internet knows techs appointments take too long. I just needed one question answered but she refused to show she cared or just didn't want to hassle. Management needs to be moved around if a customer can't get a serious, intelligent reponse from the reps. Spectrum doesn't understand minimizing visits by techs, much less, reps that don't care to listen should be coached again. Saying sorry after the fact, does not resolve the issues I had with my internet service at all.

Nothing but hassle with this company. And unfortunately they have a monopoly here in this area.I call the customer service number at least 2 to 3 times a month.I am writing this review just to let out my frustrations, but I am almost 100% sure I am not alone in this sentiment.I really wish there was more options when it comes to cable and Internet like when I was younger.

The service in store was good, no problems there but with phone and internet service its been terrible. Loosing internet signal constantly losing service often. The quality of the services are getting really bad. Really making me think about moving services

On my way to my 3rd visit with Spectrum about my mother's $300 cable bill. ugh!!!Soooo wrong on all levels. She had been grandfathered into a silver package. Spectrum still had her old landline phone number, which she has not had for over 8 yrs. Spectrum was very happy to debit her account $300 monthly until I noticed her bank account. THIS IS CRAZY!!!I also called the customer line. There was a big language barrier between the representative and myself. While trying to explain I wanted something basic for my mother's television needs, he would not hear of it and kept trying to sell me something unnecessary. He finally hung up on me
