“Went to return a couple of items and to have theft control device removed that was left on my sons new jacket. They were very friendly and returns went smoothly and the clerk even gave us a 20% off coupon for the inconvenience of having to bring in the item for device removal. Ended up buying more stuff! Great store”

“The promotions they have are quite well done. But what caught my attention the most was the service and attention of the sellers. In the two days that I went, they went out of their way to assist me and help me with what I needed with great proactivity.”

“Whoa!!!!!Traveling to San Antonio by Greyhound, and have a two hour layover, decided to walk around the area. Many shops are closed right now, including places to eat. But, Zorba which is just right around the corner of the bus station is a gem of a find!!!They have many assortment of athletic goodies. From soccer cleats to game jerseys. They cater to all folks, everyday soccer moms/baseball dads to professional teams who cross the border to get their athletic gear fix.I found a Mexican Jersey that I was looking for and purchased three World Baseball Classic caps that are very difficult to find and a unique Spurs Cap. Mind you, that cap is not my style, but I know when I wear it, gonna get a lot a neck whips.I would highly recommend you stop by Zorbas when in Laredo, to get your athletic gear fix.Paco and Humberto provided great customer service. This business has been in Laredo for the last 17+ years.Give them a visit.”

“I stopped at the store to return an online order and Edgar was very polite and professional. He made sure I didn't have any questions regarding the refund and addressed all my concerns. The store has a rating system (in the credit card reader) for the service received at the store, which is a little confusing, I was going to rate the service at 10, but it only went up to 9, it didn't let me input the 0 and I rated the service at 1 by mistake. Maybe adding some instructions by the credit card reader would be nice, or giving the customer a heads up about the rating system to be able to rate the service the right way. Anyways, just wanted to recommend this store and the Laredo staff as I received great customer service. Thanks.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Placed an online order for Nike Air Vapormax Plus and picked them up at Champs Sports in Mall del Norte (Laredo, TX). Dalila G. greeted me right away, grabbed my shoes, and had me checked out in no time. Super smooth process and excellent customer service. She even let me know about a BOGO sock deal, which I added to my purchase. Great experience all around!”

“Jordan provided outstanding customer service. I was initially told by another employee that they didn’t have the size I needed, but Jordan took the extra step to actually check and ended up finding it for me. He was patient, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I left with exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciate the effort he put in—great experience thanks to him. Appreciate you brodi for helping me with that size 11m ?”

“Come here every time I’m in Laredo, one of the Nike outlets that I always find something in! Even found Size 15 shoes for my dad who has trouble finding shoes his size at outlet prices. Shout out to Ana for being so helpful and patient with my mom setting up a Nike account and helping her find some animal print styles! Would for sure come again!”
