Swore that I'd never try this place again but it was the closest. Never fails to disappoint. A couple minutes before it closed I walked up the door some kid was locking it saying they were closed. Worst place and worst customer service I should have waited until morning and went to another store. For sure this time I'll never be back and warn everyone I know to use another location.

Had a damaged package and box was very damaged the employee didn't know any procedures then the manager steps in a very rude and condescending older man claims the item was not damaged because he's an expert because he watches YouTube tells me it's my fault for using UPS that is the risk you run using UPS

All of the staff and the manager at this UPS Store have and are always courteous, eficiente and helpful. I have been going to this UPS Store for many years now and the service is always the best. Also one more thing, you go in and out fast.
